Lisa, the hygienist, is so friendly and put me in a great mood. I’m usually anxious about visiting a dentist, but Dr Nelson was hilarious. I really enjoyed my 90 minutes at Biddeford-Saco dentistry.
Walked in with a gross mouth and walked out with a smile I can be proud of and my confidence back.
I would like to thank Biddeford Saco Dental for seeing me on short notice. I was in pain with a severe toothache and was seen within 24 hours. Even though not a patient, Dr. Smith and her staff were wonderful in my treatment. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and friendly as well. I would recommend anybody looking for a dentist to check out Biddeford Saco Dental.
Exceptional practice! I was warmly greeted the moment I walked in the door. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff; I have a terrific hygienist, Karen. Dr. Jacob Roskelley is wonderful. Dentist filling in for him (Dr. Taylor?) was amiable and caring.
Whenever I have to go to the dentist, I am met by a very friendly staff. They explain the process and ensure all your questions are answered. They are very professional as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend them.
I’m always telling people how much I love BSD. The new building is amazing, but even before that, I always recommended BSD because the staff is top of the line. The staff is very accommodating with early appts, everyone is very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I had a new to me hygienist, and she was great. Dr, Gandhi is always wonderful to work with and Geri is a rockstar! Went to get a crown the other day and was super impressed with how quickly and comfortable my visit went. Had the pleasure of meeting Andrea for the first time and she was awesome! Very helpful and made sure I was comfortable and doing ok, since I really don’t like the dentist and get pretty anxious. She asked what I didn’t like and had some options to help those specific things. Dr. Ghandi was fast and amazing as always. I even got to take a peaceful nap while waiting for the crown to be machined. Thank you!
I've been a patient at BSDA for 12 years with never a complaint.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make everything easy. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist/hygienist. (and I have already done so.)
