As with each visit I get kind, helpful, personal care. They do a wonderful job and are careful with my sensitivities. The office and staff do a great job to follow procedures to do everything in a sanitary manner. The appointment always runs smoothly
I just switched to Biddeford Saco Dental, as my dentist retired after 27 years. I was very impressed with the friendly & professional staff at Biddeford Saco Dental. The hygienist, Jackie, who did my initial intake exam was very thorough & informative. We discuss a plan for going forward. Then Dr. Roskelley came in to do my final check. She was very nice & the three of us went over the results of my xrays. Absolutely the perfect choice to continue my dental health. Glad I found them.
Because of underlying physical conditions and allergies, my smile is horrendous and I didn't think I would ever feel confident of getting my teeth back in shape. The RDH was wonderful, always aware of my comfort level and working around my allergies, telling me every step of what they were doing. The dentist was fabulous as well, telling me they could work with me and that I was in control (which I didn't always feel I was at other offices) and just to tell them if a special accommodation had to be made. Excellent care and service.
Everything was fine with these two exceptions: I bit my tongue while my mouth was numbed (my fault?), and the street parking which is usually readily available was full for a block or two - not so when I left. Maybe there was a meeting somewhere..

From the desk staff to the hygienist to the dentist, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I love the consistency of having the same hygienist, it really makes for a smooth appointment The only suggestion I have is going back to the good toothbrushes. The one I received this visit was way lower quality than those I've been given in the past.

I was just in for a cleaning. Hadn't been in for a while since I was unemployed and my dental benefits had run out earlier in the year. I was treated very nice just the same. The staff is always professional and kind. They are quite understanding about personal situations with income and insurance. Everything they do or plan to do is explained to me in a way that I can understand. They ALWAYS try to make sure I am as comfortable as is possible while in the chair and it's greatly appreciated. Thank You!
