I had thought I didn't like riding bicycles until they showed me that I needed a bike that fit me. I'm 6'4" and my new bicycle has me as enthusiastic about riding since I was a kid. They take the time to measure you and adjust the bike in house, at no charge. These guys are the best.
First time in there, I had a simple problem with my bike, I know enough about bikes, not to get creative and try to fix my self, the guy looked at it and in a matter of minutes had it Fixed. This is where my next bike purchase will be. Service is every thing.
Hands down the best shop I've ever dealt with. Everyone on staff is super knowledgeable about anything and everything bike related and they will go out of their way to make sure your experience is a good one.

The staff is awesome, knowledgable and always helpful! Other shops seem to have an elitist mentality - but not here. We have purchased 4 bikes from them and will continue to go to BOT for our cycling needs.

I'm not a pro rider, so walking into Bicycles of Tulsa was a little intimidating. Scott Eckes helped me fit a very nice bike within my budget. Scott custom fit and adjusted my bike and explained everything about it from shifting to emergency repairs on the road. I've had a few minor problems that were my fault. Scott and Todd Swain have helped me every step. They take the intimidation out for me and that is a plus because I am not a professional or even amateur rider.
