Bought 2 bikes. Took them back for first tuneup & asked for a water bottle cage to be installed on one. Was told no, flat out, and was given no explanation. Picked up bikes after tuneup, chain still rubs & rattles.
They did a Great Job !!!! They sized me to the right bike and gave me different options and Price ranges I am very Happy with the bike I chose !!!!!
My family has bought 5 bikes from here over the last 2 years. They are the best! Stephen has helped everyone from myself to our older parents buy and get fitted for the best bike we need and want. The staff is very friendly not pushy, showed us the bikes that would be good for a beginner and then let us alone to look and discuss. When we had picked out a couple of bikes he took us to get me fitted for size of the bike that I might need. Then let us take out several bikes for a test ride. It was a very good experience...I highly recommend Bicycles of Tulsa to anybody looking for any kind of bike.
From the time I went in to ask a bunch of questions to rolling a new bike out the door, the crew here was great. Took the time to answer all my questions and gave me a great deal on the bike. Doing business local can be hard sometimes due to bad service, but these guys get it. Kudos.
