I love this place. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They take the time to find out what your needs are and help educate you along the way. We have purchased 4 bikes here so far and have never had anything but a great experience.
Bought a smart trainer there...very friendly and helpful. The first trainer I bought was too loud for my apartment and they let me test out different models. Went above and beyond. Great service!
These guys treat you right! Broken Shimano XTR pedals. I bring them in and the next thing you know I have a new pair no charge. Always great service in a professional timely manner. I currently have 4 BoT bikes. My next one will come from BoT as well.
