My girls were in need of new bikes, and I wanted to stay local. I’ve never been to the shop before, but Nathan was great! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He sized both girls to the correct frames and fielded every question I threw at him. He even took them out to the parking lot so they could try them out and explained the shifting and braking system to them. We will have two happy girls come Christmas!
Bicycle world made buying my first road bike easy. I went in with 0 knowledge of bikes and had no idea what I needed for what I was trying to accomplish. Thanks guys. I’ll be sure to come back for all my bicycle needs
