Took my daughter's bike in thinking we needed new tires, the young man was very nice, aired up her tires for us and wouldn't let us pay. I know where we will be going for her next bike!
My wife was in need of a bike. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. We got everything we needed without having the top "most expensive" models pushed on us. He understood our budget and worked with us to get what we needed without exceeding it. There selection of accessories is massive and there are options for every style of riding. I took my bike in for a tune up and it was done within a few days and I've got no worries about it. They've got a repeat customer for a long time.
Friendly employees, they really know their stuff as well.
