Great friendly staff and fantastic service! I fell on my bike while still clipped in the other day (right of passage, right?) and bent my rear derailleur hanger to the point that my rear derailleur went into my back tire on certain gears. I went to Bicycle World for the repair, and realized I forgot my wallet after arriving (sorry guys). They were awesome enough to bend the hanger back, and do a quick index check to get the bike shifting properly in less than 15 minutes and all free of charge!! I first went to Bicycle World at the recommendation of a friend who couldn't say enough good things about the great customer service and the quality of their products. After an unfortunate crash, brought my bike in for what I expected to be a repair job. They called and said "Nope--no parts, and no charge!" They put everything back in order as part of the annual tune-up. This is a great small business worth supporting. They have earned their stellar reputation.
