Took my bike in at the last minute on Friday, May 17th to have it looked over before my first sprint triathlon on May 19th. They found a pretty big problem with my back wheel and were able to fix it and have ready for me to pick up by 10:30 the next morning. I am grateful for the quick turnaround and I was able to complete my triathlon with no problems! I will be back to Bicycle World!
We ordered a Küat Sherpa 2.0 bike rack. Nathan took great care of us... getting the rack in so quickly, as promised, as well as including assembly and installation and a once-over on our bikes. All their inventory is top-notch. We highly recommend Bicycle World!
Bicycle World is the best bike shop I have been to in the area. Another bike shop said the wheels I wanted to have installed on my Cannondale would not work. I decided to take it to Bicycle World, and they made it work. I recommend Bicycle World to anyone wanting something done right.
