Charlie, Charlie, Jennifer, and Mike are fantastic people to work with. They work on our tandem recumbent bicycle, which is a very challenging bike to work with. They get it so that it works beautifully. They work on our other bikes as well and keep them running perfectly. They are also very wonderful people to deal with personally. Jennifer and Charlie are the best and just resurrected my 1970 Schwann Racer. Purrs like a kitten and was out of service for 15+ years. Definitely go here. Tons of killer modern bikes too!
We have purchased a number of things from the #BicycleHospital over the years. The staff is courteous, helpful and prices are reasonable. It has been a couple years since we visited the #BicycleHospital and today, Ann went in to purchase lights for our bikes. The owners called her by name and remembered that some of her gear had been stolen when the house was broken into in 2014. They proceeded to talk with her about the pros and cons associated with their bicycle light inventory and then gave her a discount on her purchase.... read more
This shop never fails to provide great service and friendly advice. They have helped me to get back on the road quickly more than once, prepare at the last minute to ride across Iowa and increased my bike’s reliability and performance. My very favorite bike shop in Indianapolis! Allez!
