I would give 0 stars if it were an option. Late September, my first appointment with Bibo, I took time off work (I'm self employed; no work=no $), rode BART for over 30 minutes and walked to the salon. Upon entering the 2 young women at the front desk looked like deer in headlights when I said 'I'm xxx and here for my haircut'.
