I have ordered from this company twice and was happy with the process and the purchase. Would definitely recommend.

Very unsatisfied with the the last response to my ask to return a couple of products. Unclear description or return policies. I have unsubscribed fro all mail and messages. Bought them in all three colors. Fits true to size and very comfortable.
Bad descriptions and photos. Often come damaged. High shipping and pain to return. Never shopping here again! I returned a damaged dress and they still took $$ towards the return shipping.

When I received a sweater I ordered online, I noticed that the sweater’s sleeve was sewned on the outside. The description did not state that at all. I text and emailed but received no satisfactory response. Was it supposed to be that way or as it a flaw? Either way, it was NOT described or shown on photo on the site. Really disappointed with BHFO!!!!
Sent me 3 pairs of women's size shoes, not the children's shoes I ordered. Return process has not been easy, have to go and wait in post office line to complete return. The one pair of shoes I received that were the correct size looked as though they were worn previously. Prices were good, but not worth the bother. Doubt that I will order from BHFO again.
