Package took 12 business days from the order date to arrive (according to the *** tracking it was coming from from ** to be delivered in **, so not that far). Once it arrived and I opened it, the shoe box was completely ripped and pretty much unusable, and there was a **** on one of the suede boots. The boots were also not wrapped in tissue paper inside the box; they were just placed inside with no stuffing/wrapping/other protection. Will not order from BHFO again.

I was very skeptical bc I have no idea how I had never heard about the site until searching for sites like tjmaxx.. but I received everything I ordered very quickly and nothing missing or damaged. I will definitely shop the site again!
I really like the items I received. I would give a 5; however, the blouse I ordered, even though it's a size large, the arms are very short which doesn't work for me because I have long arms. Unfortunately, I was not able to return it due to it being a sales item.I will not order clothes again as I am unable to try them and do not want to be stuck with items that do not work for me.
The dresses are lovely and I'm happy with the fit. The only negative is the steep postage to Australia which is why I took off one star. Being a pensioner the cost of your postage often makes your goods unavailable to me.
Love my new Kenneth Cole dress sneakers….third pair I bought so far. Extremely comfortable insoles. I have neuropathy and these are most comfortable casual dress shoes I now own and wear.
Beautiful dress, good quality, fastshippibg and my daughter loved it.
