I wish there were more sizing descriptions, such as measurements, or "oversized." Item was huge and couldn't be returned or exchanged.

my order got lost and I don't know where, it was probably scanned as delivered but was never delivered. This was an order I paid shipping for. BHFO apparently collected 9 dollars from me for local shipping and failed to included any sort of insurance. they refused to help to initiate any action and told me there is nothing they can do. the dress cost me more than a hundred dollar so I'm losing about 125 dollars just like that. I’m very disappointed. One boot is all scratched up. The other boot is perfect. The box looked like it had been in a war. I’m returning them.
