I loved all of the shoes that I ordered. I gave 4 stars because one of the shoes was returned because I was sent the wrong size that I didn’t order. The shoe box was mistakenly marked the wrong size.
i ordered tan jacket because i already have a olive color and you sent me another olive one its not worth sending back and im not just trying to get a refund.this is the second time it happend.other wise you have excellent service.

its a great fit and color. i first ordered it in a size Large on Amazon in Champagne but it didnt do anything for me. I came to the bhfo web site and was thrilled when i found it in the perfect blue and a size medium. Its very warm and cozy and the length was perfect for the last few chilly days of winter. On a not so great note. The high collar is a bit awkward but warm and actually the hood falls short of covering my head...and Oh! i love hoods. I’m glad you asked for my review bc it’s a 1 star. The dress came with a Bloomingdale’s security ink tag on it. Thankfully it was at the very bottom and I was able to get a seamstress to remove and clean the seam. What an inconvenience.
