Absolute worst experience I’ve had with an Individual working in the healthcare field. My mom has a long list of health issues and instead of taking the appropriate steps to help, she would just throw different medications at her and on the last instance of dealing with Dr. Bhatti, she came into the office with a horrible attitude and instead of doing her job, she told my mother to stop coming in. I would absolutely not recommend her and am amazed that an individual like this is allowed to work in healthcare.
I have been a patient for a short amount of time, I’ve seen her now three times and I’ve never encountered such a careless, unresponsive, dismissive, and ignorant provider in my time of needing care. I have an extensive history of physical illnesses and I just recently relocated to Erie and I am now forced to restart my health process. I’m not recording her.. she wet my wife time with the medication list and the depression and keep looking at her computer .. my wife was really tired she never accepted to do even a blood for her.. after 2 appointments back and forth with her she didn’t find it out .. keep lopping for no thing.. after after with different doctors we found the issue (( hyper thyroid)) .. I not recommend her pick different providers.
