I have never in my life dealt with someone so utterly incompetent and aggressively rude. The waxing was so brutally rough it literally ripped my skin off. Then, this woman had the absolute audacity to argue with me and blame ME for not speaking up instantly—as if I wasn't completely occupied dealing with my own marriage at the time!
