Excellent Experience! It was the first time my son had ever been to the dentist and from the first call to schedule the appointment all the way thru checkout, every staff member we encountered was friendly and helped make the experience fun for my son and put me at ease. It is truly a team spirited environment and it is refreshing to see that people actually enjoy and take pride of where they work! We are newer to the area so this was our first experience and we will be a true long-term family of BGW Dental Group!
I want to thank all the Staff at BGW Dental Group, including Lori, Debbie, Dr. Bennett and his super assistant Heather for their great service and caring today. I felt so welcomed and I didn't even have an appointment this morning. Dr. Bennett turned a bad cracked tooth incident into a really comfortable, soothing experience. All the gang, from the welcome when you enter, to the techs, and the dentist; they are always professional and focused upon the patient. You always come first at BGW Group Dentist.
Today I woke up to find out a filling had fallen out overnight. A call to BGW and I was set for an appointment this afternoon. Dr Bennett replaced the old filling and I am good to go. Outstanding Customer Service from the moment I made that call. Much Thanks to Dr Bennett and your Fabulous Team.
