As someone who has "dentist phobia" due to negative experiences with previous dentists, I must say that on my initial visit, Dr. Greene, the Hygienist, and all of the office staff were extremely professional, caring and understanding. Dr. Greene has a genuine presence and bedside manner. The office is beautiful and comfortable. While I am not anxious to return to the dentist I will not dread it as I have in the past. Whoever is behind the office philosophy of patient care and customer service - cheers!
Like visiting family From the front desk to finalizing my visit, going to BGW just seems like time with family. So many nice people and they truly have an interest in you and your needs. I've never had a less than stellar experience.

Another perfect 10 today with my 6 month checkup. As usual the staff treats you like family. I had new insurance effective 1/1 and that was no problem. Finally, Elaine and Dr Wood are the best. They really give you personal care in the most beautiful dental office I have ever seen !!
