I love BFF! ❤️ Had Baylee as a server most recently and she was awesome! A stressful, busy night for her but she still gave us amazing service!

I love the food. But the only thing that I hate is the fact that the orders are taken in the Loud front entrance. When you call in an order you have to yell & repeat your order several times because they can’t hear you. Then you get there & the order isn’t right because they can’t hear. Get a cordless phone have someone in the back (kitchen area) taking to go orders. Also, have to go orders picked up at the bar area not at the front desk hostess area where you have to again wait for people to be seated. I called in my order so that I do not have to wait but then I get there and still have to wait.
