The food is great, been told the sushi is good. And the drink specials are the best. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere in the Mansfield BFF are top notch. ( I go there almost everyday )
We went as a large group for a birthday party that was planned in advance. It was a group of 20 people. We only have one server that was in way over his head. We were left with no drinks 75% of the service. The wrong food was given to the wrong people, and we still were charged. It took over 30 mins for me just to receive coffee that was luke warm at best. Last time I was in here my salmon was uncooked Completely raw they told me next time I came in they will make it wright and honor it . Came in for the second time Sherry the General Manager told me she was only giving me a discount and I was like ok whatever then I order kids pho and told me I couldn't order that because I was and adult and I was like TF lady I been eating there since the place open and get the same thing every time I get it for dinner she proceeds to tell me she's the new GM and that was the new rule she st... read more
Worst service EVER!!! This has happened several times and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but no more!!!

Worst customer service!!! EVER!!! Management sucks! Waiting time for food.........zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz !!! Waiting time for utensils....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!! Waiting time for refills.......zzzzzzzzzzzz!!! We were done eating and 2 of our guests were still waiting for their meals. Unprofessional GM! I would give 5 stars for the food only not the service. I'll stick to the one on Cooper St ( closed for remodeling).
