You know it's bad when you have to ask for your check long before you're ready to leave because you know they will take their sweet time. I had to ask for a to-go box twice. I never got a drink refill and we were there for 2 hours. The place was completely slow, had plenty of wait staff but it still took 20-30 mins to get drinks. Truth be told the food wasn't even that great either. I won't be back.
Love the food, the atmosphere, and the people. I recommend trying years amazing roll! It lives up to its name.
Disgusted by the restaurant's comments in response to some of these reviews. Even though I have not visited, I now will be sure never to set a foot in this place regardless of how good the food might be. This manager just validated everything that was said about the service (or lack there of).
