When I first joined the company, my primary goal was to work with children and make a meaningful difference. My time at Beyond Behavior California has been a wonderful experience filled with constant learning. Each child and team I work with teaches me something new every day. It is rewarding to see families actively involved in ABA sessions and working together with us to support their children. We had an excellent experience overall. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, and their individualized approach really made a difference. We are so happy with the positive results we've seen.
The scheduling department called me last Thursday and said that the new BT will be here today for my daughter. The schedule should be 9am to 11am. Its almost 10am and nobody showed up. I tried calling them but no one answered. They did it several times without any apologies. Plus insisting to obtain more BT from my insurance yet they couldnt provide a BT for their clients. The center is very inconsistent and incompetent as well. I really wanted to complain! they are wasting my time!
We couldn’t be more thankful for all the help my son has received. From the beginning of the program until his last session my son has made significant improvement. He learned so much! Reyna was absolutely wonderful and we are so so thankful for her! We would also like to give a thank you to Wendy, the clinical supervisor. Thank you Beyond Behavior California for such a great program. I can’t recommend this program enough.
