Bought a van here a few months ago. Had a great experience. They were the most competitive in price and the process was fast and smooth. Used their service department for my personal vehicle also and couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them myself. This is my first review but after going to Beyer Ford I was so completely amazed as this place was different. They love to serve and it was evident from everyone who we came in contact with. I called and setup and appointment and was told what to expect. They made my lease return such as painless process. What really topped everything was they had a video console the kids got to stay occupied.
If you want to buy a car or have your car serviced, there is only one place to go and that is at Beyer Ford. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. There will be no other dealership that I will ever go to other then Beyer Ford.
I would never buy a car from this dealership. Everyone is always happy when they first purchase a car but you handle service, leases, and everything encompassing car ownership. Your company is lacking in customer experience once you drive off the lot. Great job Beyer Ford! You'll never get any business out of my friends or family. Word travels fast
