RecommendedThe audio system of my MKZ conked out. I left my vehicle off Wednesday night, and received a call by 10am Thursday that the system had been updated, and the oil changed. Beyer Ford is beyond disappointing. We had a terrifying incident almost a year ago with a brand new 2017 Ford Edge and Beyer Ford will not help us at all. The owner Bridget Beyer and the manager would not even meet with us. (Keep in mind that this was our 3rd car from Beyer.) Other dealerships we have spoken to have been more than shocked by the lack of care, concern and help Beyer has given us. We have 3 cars from Beyer and there is not one ounce of customer care for us. Highly recommend not going to this dealership.
All I can say is how wonderful Beyer Ford is. I live about an hour away, but they will always be my first choice when I need a new car. Steve is a world class salesman. Knowing how far I live, he ran all the numbers with me over the phone, and had the car waiting for me. All I had to do was sign the papers with Scott, who is a fantastic finance manager. Couldn’t have ask for better service from Steve and Brian finance manager for getting me a great deal and helping me get approved they beat down every option to give me a great deal and a comfortable monthly payment. Me and my family will be enjoying the next couple years in our certified pre-owned Dodge Caravan GT. Safe to say that I will be back for another vehicle in the future.
