Check in was fine. I’m here to have a cracked rim replaced. I have been here 2.5 hours. I have explained three times where the rim I need replaced is located. I have been called twice to be told the tire on the rim on the vehicle is smaller than the rim I ordered. Of course it is. It’s the spare tire. The original is where the spare is normally located. I have explained this three times. Should only me a 30 minute job max. 2.5 hours and my vehicle is still not done
Steve in sales and Scott in finance was great.
Super unprofessional, has many complaints, they don't update you or follow up when your vehicle is being worked on, you either wait for weeks wondering where your car is or you go in person and even then they have no clue what's going on. Waited a whole hour trying to receive a vehicle that was dropped off a week ago just for inspection, before arriving to try and pick it up they said they were on lunch break mid afternoon and that I would have to call back in an hour... again, super unprofessional, specifically the staff he... read more
