Very disapointed in their methods and how I was treated. Was a typical highway car dealership not the family owned treatment they portrayed. In fact they had my first review removed as they don't want the truth posted. Treat people how you would like to be treated and you won't get unhappy reviews. Would not recommend this dealership.

I just got my new lease today. I couldn't be more happy with the process from start to finish. My last lease took over 8.5 hours to complete...today I was there about 2.5 hours with most of the time being shown the features of the car. I will never go back to beyer ford of morristown. I took my car that I purchased there for repeated issue with back breaks got the run around the first time said nothing was wrong, went back again today and was told they found what the issue was but I would have to pay for the repair. This issue was due to a warranty repair that wasn't made properly. My experience here is that the employes just don't care, customer service was horrible, and I kept being cut off when I was explaining the issue. I would not and will not use or... read more
