Crawling with roaches... my apartment needed to get two treatments and I’m still finding roaches... and by all means my place is clean as hell I vacuum every single day I take the trash out consistently and I’m still finding dead roaches in my apartment... think twice before you rent here... also the apartment is built on a drainage system that’s right next to a pretty disgusting pond... I’ve also seen field mice running around the property.
RecommendedAbsolutely love it here. Just moved in a week ago. We went to the cyber cafe for 5 days until we got our internet. Appliances are high quality and new. Have met great people. Enjoyed the amenities. Happy hours. They do it up. Cute puppies everywhere. Service is great. Staff is amazing. Everything is so nearby. Grocery, furniture shops, Salons, Sams club. Ten minute drive to lake Travis. Not crowded at all. Lots of privacy.
If I could go back in time and not sign a lease agreement I would. The neighbors dogs bark and howl non stop. The front office assured me that it would end. I’ve been here since December and it’s been a daily occurrence. Walk past their door in the hallway barking. Go to the bathroom, barking. Go outside on the patio, barking. I’ve literally lost my mind with this place. They won’t handle a real grievance, yet they will force their new policies on you even though you are under contract. I’ve hit my breaking point.
When I needed a new place to call home, the staff at Bexley at Whitestone was simply amazing and took great care of me. I can not thank them enough for the warm welcome!
