Beverly Homes builds a half way decent home, but once they are done building they have left our community in limbo..we, as a community can not take the community into home owners hands. We get nothing but run arounds and have no say or control over what happens in our own community, because Beverly has issues that are not resolved. Very, very frustrating.. Buyer's beware!!

We bought a brand new build house from Beverly for 440K+. It was supposed to have a 1 year warranty. We were told "anything we could live with" should wait until the 11 month "punch list". We did that, and now they pick and choose want they want to fix/resolve. Flooring in both upstairs bedrooms have 3/4" drop-off's seams due to inappropriately installed floors (per a flooring expert). 200+ nail pops in the drywall with no offer of repainting. I have referred many of my clients to Beverly Homes, Jonathan Martin who oversees the building of the home is amazing! He is easy to talk to reasonable and returns calls or texts pretty promptly. So far all of my clients have been satisfied and say good things. If you want a reasonable price point Beverly homes can do custom homes for a bit less money than a custom builder would charge. Maybe they cannot spend as much time as a custom builder can with you but they are well worth considering.

Horrible builders. Took 6 months to get them to take care of warranty issues. No one returns your calls. Now they built a house next to ours and graded the yard 18 inches higher then ours. Now when it rains the neighbors yard drains into ours. There is 8 inches of water in our front yard now. Beverly refuses to do anything about this. We now have to get a lawyer to sue them. Do not buy a Beverly Home.

I'm a first time home buyer and Beverly mare the process nice and smooth I love my home Skip at woodland lakes is a awesome salesmen and is helpful when needed the staff of Beverly homes are nice and family oriented I feel right at home.

Just closed on a home in Barons Bluff North in Conway. We could not be more pleased! Purchased the lot , site unseen, had the home built while still in Rhode Island, and it turned out better than expected!!!! Archie Sanders and Scott were awesome to work with, always there to help and answer questions. Perfect gentlemen! Our home is gorgeous....and is of excellent quality. The entire process went very smooth. We would highly recommend Beverly Homes

I bought a new house in Myrtle Lakes North. It was only a drawing when I bought it. It turned out to be better than I ever expected. Just perfect. It has everything I ever wanted. Kevin Crawford and Travis were wonderful from the start. Very helpful always. They exceeded all my expectations! Would highly recommend Beverly Homes. Donna Scarsella
