Dr. Madan and Dr.Cohen are very professional, but still very warm and friendly. I have had such a great experience at Beverly Hills Orthodontics. From the first visit, they know me when I walk in, are so nice and have made getting ortho treatments as an adult a pleasure which I didn't think was possible.
It's been very personable, easy and smooth. I love that I can email my requests and appointment times.
I love BHO. Everyone there is super friendly and professional. They explain everything in detail and I know exactly how my process is going. I have been going there for over a year and never dread any visit. Anytime a bracket has fallen off, they got me into the office quickly to repair it. I highly recommend BHO and love everyone there.
Watch out before you give your credit card number – This office is like a shark!!! When you call to make your first consultation appointment, they will ask your credit card number, which I felt very weird in the first place. I never visited this office, but was charged $150 for canceling the consultation appointment. Can you believe this?
