Can't speak highly enough of their team... brought my '12 Ducati Steetfighter in for a warranty tank replacement (which they coaxed Ducati into providing), a 7K mile service (timing belts and such), as well as repairs after an unfortunate accident and drop. The fact that I'm happy about spending as much money as I did... says it all. Every person that picks up the phone is kind, informative, and patient. They're across town, but I'll be doing every future repair with their team.
How can you not love it... it's Ducati for one, customer service is awesome, and service and repairs are always on point. Whenever I need something they are so fast to elp and know what they are very knowledgeable in all departments and Management and Owners are the best, would not go to any other Ducati dealer in all of SoCal.
