I’m tired of this kind of behavior from dealerships like this. This is not about $20. This is about trust and basic honesty. The day before my appointment, I called specifically to confirm the total cost of an oil change for my 2025 Ducati Multistrada V2. I was quoted $257 and explicitly asked if there would be ANY additional charges, fees, or surprises. I was told no. I saw a number of negative reviews before coming here. After Coming here in good faith to fix my Ducati… I left Ducati Beverly Hills feeling like a complete dumbass. I’ve uploaded a picture of the invoice on 6/6/26 with a total of $729.37 for a battery change and front turn signals install. They charged me $348 to install the front turn signals. I understand that people like mechanics need to make a living and that they have “overhead”. I’ll let you guys be the judge of that… Make sure to check out the invoice that I’ve uploaded.

took my steering damper off the crashed bike. ran credit three times for a replacement, unnecessarily. Go somewhere where they know what they are doing.

At labor cost, if I brought it in again, I would have been changed minimum another 1 hour ($175) to an unlimited amount because of a wiring issue. Wiring is a pain in the butt and takes labor time and u... read more
