Friendly team was very helpful. I called to schedule an appointment for service and they said just come right in anytime. I just dropped of my bike easy & fast & straightforward. A+

Don’t bring your business here, they will play you for fool. I’ve got a rear flat tire on my bike and towed my bike there. I have new 2026 xdiavel v4 with all possible extra protections for it. They called and said my warranty gonna cover it and also my front one needs to be replaced. I said of course assuming that it also has nail or some shit. I’m tired of this kind of behavior from dealerships like this. This is not about $20. This is about trust and basic honesty. The day before my appointment, I called specifically to confirm the total cost of an oil change for my 2025 Ducati Multistrada V2. I was quoted $257 and explicitly asked if there would be ANY additional charges, fees, or surprises. I was told no. I saw a number of negative reviews before coming here. After Coming here in good faith to fix my Ducati… I left Ducati Beverly Hills feeling like a complete dumbass. I’ve uploaded a picture of the invoice on 6/6/26 with a total of $729.37 for a battery change and front turn signals install. They charged me $348 to install the front turn signals. I understand that people like mechanics need to make a living and that they have “overhead”. I’ll let you guys be the judge of that… Make sure to check out the invoice that I’ve uploaded.
