I’m tired of this kind of behavior from dealerships like this. This is not about $20. This is about trust and basic honesty. The day before my appointment, I called specifically to confirm the total cost of an oil change for my 2025 Ducati Multistrada V2. After Coming here in good faith to fix my Ducati… I left Ducati Beverly Hills feeling like a complete dumbass. I’ve uploaded a picture of the invoice on 6/6/26 with a total of $729.37 for a battery change and front turn signals install. They charged me $348 to install the front turn signals. I understand that people like mechanics need to make a living and that they have “overhead”. I’ll let you guys be the judge of that… Make sure to check out the invoice that I’ve uploaded.

took my steering damper off the crashed bike. ran credit three times for a replacement, unnecessarily. Go somewhere where they know what they are doing.
Took my 2018 Ducati Monster in because after purchasing private party I noticed that the milage wasn’t counting and the speed had 3 dashes displayed instead of showing speed. I was charged $90 for a “battery check.” Then they proceeded to tell me that it was most likely the wiring harness or unlikely but possible, ABS Sensor.
