I used to love this Clinic but today... Today just kinda ruined it for me I can never trust them to take my dog out of my sight again. So they took my baby back for a nail trim. He has PTSD due to a traumatic injury. They bring him back and as I am going to pay I notice this thing hanging from his collar. I say what is this? They say oh I calming hood. A what? My entire family has been going to Betty Baugh's since the day she opened. I am now living in Washington DC and still drive my cat down to Richmond for any necessary vet appointment. Every vet is extremely knowledgeable and the support staff is kind, patient and willing to help make the visit as easy as possible for animal owners.

We loved Dr.Morgan but were very disappointed about the lengthy wait time. Being a half hour behind schedule at a place as high stress as a vet clinic is not acceptable. Waiting 20 minutes just to check out is less than ideal as well. Hoping our next appointment won't be as chaotic.

Holly at the front desk is absolutely amazing!!! She is always so helpful. Dr. Morgan who neutered my dog was so reassuring so thank you! Lastly, I am so grateful you were so kind to me when I brought in the chipmunk from our yard. I was a hot mess and felt so bad for the little guy! You guys eased his pain out of this world. Thanks!!
RecommendedTerrific care of our 14 year old Border Collie Sally and our 4 year cat George both for Veterinary care and boarding. We give the clinic and it's caring , accommodating staff our highest recommendation. Good work Betty Baugh !!!
This animal clinic has the best doctors, testing and pharmacy on site. Doc called back to check up and even wrote another Rx without having to come in again. All very caring associates.
