RecommendedHad to bring Lacey in for a problem today. The staff made me as comfortable as I possibly could be with not being able to go in with her. I've always seen Betty Baugh with all my dogs so it wasn't easy communicating by phone with a new doctor but Dr. Connor Grimes was super dealing with this nervous Mom.
RecommendedWe love Betty Baugh’s!! Our sweet Lucy has been coming here for years. Everyone takes such good care of her. We usually see Dr. Callahan, but last week we saw Dr. Fulton, thinking our girl had a UTI. After an ultrasound, it was discovered she had a bladder full of stones! The only treatment was surgery. Well, she had the surgery on Wednesday (5/6). Dr. Fulton called and gave me an update prior to taking her into surgery and then again afterwards. RecommendedBetty Baugh’s is awesome! You can really tell that they love what they do. The techs and Vets are very professional and welcoming. And my dog loves her visits to the Vet. I really appreciate how much time they take with their customers and how they explain things thoroughly. They also do follow up calls and are reasonably priced :)
RecommendedThe curbside vet care experience was wonderful! During this scary time with the Coronavirus, this is a brilliant way for your animals to get the care they need. Very professional and the staff wore a masks as well as gloves when taking our cat to and from the car. I gave them my credit card info over the phone so there was no exchange of money or cards.
