RecommendedI was so grateful for Betty Baugh’s animal clinic for fitting me in on a Saturday to check out an injured dog who arrived at my house unexpectedly. Fortunately the dog’s injuries were minor. All of the staff were so sweet and compassionate. Dr. Mercurio was kind and knowledgeable. Their clinic is well organized and very clean. RecommendedI’ve been a client for 15 years. Drs. Betty Baugh, Mercurio, Fulton and o’Dair are all awesome. Love the tech staff and front desk too. Great people, easy to get in when something is wrong... I pass a lot of others to get to the clinic but would never go anywhere else.
RecommendedDr. Fulton was thorough in his exam of my senior male tripod cat. He explained what the test results meant and how to move forward to maintain my cat’s health. Thank you for the time explaining all of the information. I highly recommend this practice as everyone has been courteous and kind to my cat and to me.
RecommendedThey took great care of Greta when I brought her in for her check up! They took multiple measures to make her comfortable (pheromone diffusers, letting me hold her for the parts of the exam that they could, spray cheese to distract her during the shots, and more) and Dr. Callahan was very patient and answered all of my questions about food, from portion sizes to recommendations on brand. When we get another kitten, both of them will be returning! Thank you so much!
