Amazing! I have been sick for months and went to a few other places that didn't test me for anything except the flu and sent me on my way. They tested me for multiple things and I finally got a proper diagnosis! Everyone was super friendly and there was no wait at all. I would highly recommend to everyone.

The best! Was referred by another doctor’s office who highly tecommended BetterMed. Very short wait time, not overly crowded like some places. Great staff. And results of tests are provided during the visit not the next day.

I suffered with a cold much longer that I needed to, since I did not want to go to "the other" urgent care center and wait forever in a cramped and unpleasant waiting room. Someone recommended I try BetterMed and it was a fantastic experience. No waiting, clean and bright waiting room and I was in the back with a nurse then MD in no time. I felt heard and got excellent care!
I have brought my children to BetterMed after hours several times now and have always received prompt and courteous care. I couldn't even tell you what the waiting room looks like because we're always brought back immediately. I'd highly recommend BetterMed over other urgent care offices. Just an example of the care they give- one of the doctors just so happened to know my daughter's pediatrician and texted him while we were there to get his opinion due to the abnormal reason for our visit.
