I have no complaints about Better Place and have never had an issue with them. They are a great company all things considered. Lisa Gilman, on the other hand, is extremely unprofessional. After receiving 24h notice of a showing in our apartment via a nearly unintelligible email riddled with typos, she personally called me to scream for several minutes about the state of the apartment. Great management and even better realtors. Lisa was so helpful throughout the process and extremely supportive when one of my roommates couldn't sign due to Covid. She kept working with us and helped my friend and I put up roommate adds on craigslist and Facebook. We were able to find a great match thanks to Lisa's patience and kindness. Charley and Julie are also amazing property managers and maintenance has also been great!
