Forrest Chambers and Steve Chambers are scam artists. They don’t personally show their rental properties and try to hide issues that are wrong or broken at the property. Once, I confronted them about the issues, they then rented the property to a new client. This was after they took weeks to respond. I’d really recommend using a different broker/real estate agency.
