This service is deceptive. I advised them of a company with legal actions against them by creditors and government and they did nothing to update the rating. The company despite not being legally registered still has an A+ rating. BBB completely ignored the complaint filed and the poor review. This service will easily mislead you when choosing a supplier or contractor.
I am astonished about the response from Atlantic BBB in that my complaint and the responses from day and Ross and myself seem very clear and simple for a 10 year old to understand. How Atlantic BBB can't seem to comprehend the responses. It is extremely simple how can Day and Ross think it is OK to show up at my house with another delivery and not pick up my return while they are here?? My father paid $230 for a phone call for help immigrating. The lawyer was Carley Parish. We scheduled the phone call and she told me to google it. When I asked her if she could email me the forms and tell me where to send the forms, she got upset and rude and emailed me a link and basically told me to figure it out. $230 to be told to google it.
