Sophie at Better Body Studio is incredible! She’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your goals. I always feel comfortable in her space, and the results I’ve seen after having 4 kids have been amazing. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to feel their best!
Sophie is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about women’s health and well-being. She is kind, caring, and makes every session fun and relaxing. The 29 minutes on the Emsella chair felt like just 5 minutes! I had put off making this commitment so many times, but after the first session, I felt so many positive changes and by the 6th session – life changing! I only wish I had connected with Sophie 12 months ago when I first considered it.
I've been going to Sophie for several months now and my results are incredible. She's also so wonderful to spend time with during my sessions. So happy with my results, I had 6 emsella chair sessions and I can now jump on a trampoline with my kids with out having to stop and go to the loo, I don't wake over night to go to the toilet, and don't have to rush. I also did the emsculpt and exilis on my tummy, which has taken 14.5cm off, my core is stronger, I have better strength and support at the gym, my lower back doesn't ache as much and my clothes are looser.
