Sophie is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about women’s health and well-being. She is kind, caring, and makes every session fun and relaxing. The 29 minutes on the Emsella chair felt like just 5 minutes! I had put off making this commitment so many times, but after the first session, I felt so many positive changes and by the 6th session – life changing! I only wish I had connected with Sophie 12 months ago when I first considered it.
I've been going to Sophie for several months now and my results are incredible. She's also so wonderful to spend time with during my sessions. She always made me feel comfortable and was incredibly accomodating even when I had the kids in tow she would set them up in front of the TV so I could enjoy my 'Me time'. So happy with my results, I had 6 emsella chair sessions and I can now jump on a trampoline with my kids with out having to stop and go to the loo, I don't wake over night to go to the toilet, and don't have to rush. I also did the emsculpt and exilis on my tummy, which has taken 14.5cm off, my core is stronger, I have better strength and support at the gym, my lower back doesn't ache as much and my clothes are looser. 10\10 would recommend. Having had Postpartum pelvic floor issues, the Emsella experience has given me confidence in a whole new way. I can skip, sneeze and much more, thanks to Sophie and her wonderful machines. Sophie is also such a lovely lady and I always looked forward to our session and chat!
I can’t recommend Sophie and her treatments highly enough - especially the emsella chair. This treatment changed my world - I can even watch a whole movie without having to pause for a toilet break - I haven’t done that for many years!! Sophie is kind, professional and knowledgeable - she makes the process easy and enjoyable. 100% recommend!!
