I have had such a great experience with Better Balance Psychiatry over this past year. The team I've worked with is very welcoming, organized, and truly focused on my personal needs. I especially want to mention my PA, Autumn. She is incredibly compassionate, attentive, and knowledgeable. She made sure to give me the time to feel not only understood but also very comfortable with the entire process.
I have been a patient for 6+ months, getting treatment for severe anxiety. I am not normally one to review a business but I can’t allow the others having mental struggles to subject themselves to such additional anguish or frustrations. Shannon is always so friendly. The staff here is amazing and always so welcoming.
I love this place, all of the providers are excellent at what they do, informative, compassionate and genuinely kind. The front desk staff are always nice and helpful too. Highly recommend this office for both individual and couples therapy, as well as psychiatry!
