Messaged to check on a Ram 2500 diesel. They immediately got back to me and asked if I wanted a test drive. The truck was ready when I got there I had a good experience with the dealership and salesman.
I am absolutely happy with my experience with Bettenhausen Dodge. They have a process where you handle everything start to finish with your salesperson at a comfortable kiosk with a huge monitor where you work your whole deal together on screen. I was in the business for 12 years and have never seen this approach. This would be great for anybody who is not comfort at a car dealership, kudos Bettenhausen! On the ball and responsive they showcase their cars well! Availability of the type of Challenger I am looking for is slim but they do a good job of trying to bring me out an see the car but weather and my discriminating nature on automobiles prohibited my visit.
