I will NEVER go back to Betten Baker and I do NOT recommend them to anyone! Too long of a story to post but they are TERRIBLE to deal with and their General Manager NEVER contacted me when he told me he would.
Was chatting on FB messenger with them about a specific vehicle, told them I’d be there in an hour, when we got there that vehicle wasn’t there after all. The lobby was filled with a bunch of unprofessional acting yahoos who giggled that I was looking for that particular vehicle. Take down your fricking online posts if you no longer have it available and don’t lead people on when it’s no longer available! I won’t deal with these people again.
RecommendedI was not expecting to purchase a vehicle from Betten Baker. There customers service and willingness to please me sold us! We love our Buick Envision. If you have never sat in one it’s the perfect crossover/suv! Lots of space and amazing features. Jaret was great to work with and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend both sales and service. They are happy and eager to help in anyway! Thank you for our new purchase.

The entire staff is extremely helpful and will do go above and beyond for you. They are not in the market just to make money but rather sell you something the perfect vehicle for you. They are transparent and honest about the quality, condition, repairs made and things that might need to get done. Mitch was by far the best salesman we've had.
