I purchased a vehicle willingly last Saturday which I found was terrible in the weather we're having this Winter. I went back Monday and Dave Nelson assured me that they could fix things up for me. His courtesy and professionalism more than made up for what for me was a terrible weekend. I am now in my new 2015 Malibu and couldn't be happier. Kudos to Dave and his team for providing what turned out to be a wonderful experience for me overall.
