Brought my 2014 Ram Truck in for oil change and tire rotation. They have me a time to have the work done and completed it well before time stated. Very satisfied with all the people I came in contact.
I wish I had read some of these reviews prior to taking my business here. It is obvious I am not the first customer to have had issues. I took my Honda CRV to them for body repairs after somebody hit me in early May and forced my vehicle off the road. First of all, the location is a dump. I walked in and ask sales where the body shop is and they pointed me around the corner of the building. Horrible customer service and knowledge would not recommend!!
Worst service experience ever on a Duramax pickup truck, not only did they charge far more than other local dealers for an oil change they did not properly rotate the tires they caused the service now light for the exhaust fluid to come on. The truck was not even started after paying for the over priced oil change and this service light came on. Thier mechanic forced the code to clear. I have a 2013 silverado love the truck, called this place to get a replacement center console latch, was told I wouldn't be able to get part and told me I had to buy a whole new console :( $400. Found part on amazon for $7. Stay clear of this place they are scamming hard here. You have been warned!!
So amazingly fast and wonderful service! Got my leased car within a day! They helped me get out of my 7 year used car for a gorgeous brand be car! I will continue to be a costumer for a long time!
Nothing short of excellent! My son bought a used Toyota Tundra from Jeff Lorenz who was excellent throughout the deal. I leased a '16 Silverado myself and did everything over the phone and showed up on Saturday morning for sign and delivery. So easy, we spent about an hour really reviewing the features and technology in the truck rather than focusing on the money deal. Loved the experience!
Great service and very easy buy from Steve Ricker. No pressure and once I made up my mind to buy, Steve was ready to help with financing and later with servicing my new Silverado!!! Love it!!!!
