Their service department sucks!! The parts department sucks too!! They dont think they have to honor chevy extended warranties if you didnt buy the vehicle from their dealership. I had a lighting issue I wanted addressed. first thing he said was $125 just to bring it in. I told him I already had to replace 3 tail lights on my 2018 Chevy Colorado, so I think there may be a problem. he told me it was out of warranty but I told I purchased an extended warranty when I purchased my truck. Never bring your car here. Unless you wanna get your car back with a huge dent in it. I dropped my car off their perfectly fine. After I picked it up an got back to work. I happen to notice a huge dent on my passenger side. When I brought it back I was called a liar. They also wouldn't pull up the cameras to prove it but they keep denying having access to the cameras. All and all terrible place they make you feel like crap. Thanks for the huge dent guys much appreciated.
At 63 years old, I've dealt with many car dealerships and generally HATE the new car buying process. My purchase of an '18 Camaro from Betley was by far the easiest, smoothest, and enjoyable car buying experience that I've had. The team at Betley makes it easy and enjoyable anytime that I've visited for service, as well.

The sales department was excellent when I bought my Silverado almost two years ago. And Paul, my Service Advisor has been the best... actually, the best in the business! I was a parts dept. manager for Volvo dealerships for 42 years until my retirement - so I know how to judge excellence - and the folks who "are" Betley Chevrolet are excellent!
The experience was amazing. Steve Ricker is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and made buying my first new car a breeze!! Highly recommend this location and team!
