I've been a patient since 2005. Seldom have I ever experienced a problem over the years, none which weren't immediately rectified. My appointment was timely. The service was great by the dental hygentist and the Dentist. I requested and receive a blanket. Check in and check out was flawless.
The staff is courteous and I've not had to wait long to be seen. They were even able to squeeze me in on a Saturday when a crown broke. Been going to this office for years and will continue to do so. Thanks Gwinnett Family Dental Care.
I was there on Feb 3, 20 for emergency appointment. My tooth was broken and painful. I was so scared, what was happening to this tooth. Dr. Beck was so gentle during the exam, to ensure I won’t feel to much pain. He saved this tooth and made crown for it. I am so happy to keep this tooth. Ms. Talia also did great job taking care of my tooth. The second appointment was on Feb 24, 20 for my new crown. They did wonderful job. Thank you.
My experience yesterday was very satisfactory. Hygienist did a great time cleaning and made me feel comfortable while she worked on my mouth.
