Very good.
I was looking forward a new dentist office since my dentist retired after over 30 years. The staff was professional,....the office was extremely clean.....Dominick was friendly, professional and informative. I saw Dr. Jon who explained everything and listened to why I was there for my visit. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and friendliness.

I had an excruciating tooth ache, which really went into high gear Friday evening. I called first thing Saturday morning and was told they were booked solid all day, but would call first thing if they had a cancellation or could find any room to slide me in. Within the hour I got a return call and they said they did not know when or how, but they would work me in somehow. And they did! I am eternally grateful. My hygienist and staff provided excellent service. The wait time was only a few minutes. I am very pleased with Gwinnett Family Dental.
Excellent Service- Anna was very thorough and gave me some good information, also a concern about potential air way issues to follow up with general physician about.
I was very impressed with my dental visit today. Everyone was so kind and caring. They made me feel like I matter! Tanisha was very patient with me and made sure I was comfortable while she worked on my teeth. I am very pleased with the service I get at this dental office and wouldn't go anywhere else.
