Reviewed my issue and clearly explained my opinions.
Seen emergently for a dental abscess. I was able to get an appointment within one day which was the fastest of the several practices that I called. I understand everybody is busy but when you are hurting it's great to be able to be fit in in a timely manner. I saw Dr. Green and she was excellent. She gave me several options for the repair, the rationale was clearly explained and she didn't try to push the more expensive choice. I had great service. My hygienist (I think her name was Carime) was very friendly and gentle when cleaning my teeth. I highly recommend her and Gwinnett Family Dental Care.
Thank you ..thank you ....thank you....Dr Greene you and your staff are awesome...I had 7 teeth pulled and the pain was minimum...my temporary dentures are so comfortable...you made me feel so comfortable with that mouth of broken teeth...I felt as though I was your only patient...Every question was answered..every concern acknowledged...and the Male Dentist on Friday rocked ( sorry I couldn't Remer his name)... Great Customer service the Dental Hygienist o saw today on 6/9 was very through and provided great tips to getting to hard to reach areas, Doctor was cordial as well.
