I always have a great experience here. The hygienist that cleans my teeth is always friendly and sweet.
Excellent service
Gwinnett Family Dental Care is definitely improving in its customer service. Wait times have decreased and attention to detail and customer care and comfort is excellent.
From the front office staff to my doc, Dr. Jon, all emit exemplary customer service, people skills, and genuine care for patients. This is not just on occasion, but on each visit to the office. If I had to rate them numerically on a scale fro, 1 - 10, I give them a 12.
But The experience was great great staff great environment treated me well from beginning to end walk me in the door and walked me out of the door and for the 1st time the visit was pain free , not only in my mouth but in my pocket... great job guys
I've been going to Gwinnett Family Dental for several years now. They have an extremely efficient operation. I receive regular reminders via email and text of upcoming appointmetns. Most importantly, they always take me at the appointment time- other practices I've experienced set an appointment, and might see you 15 or even 30 minutes later. The hygienists are always very nice and personable. My only critique, and in no way would it keep me from recommended the practice, is that the lobby is always extremely warm.

The front desk was very efficient putting me in the system as I am a new patient. Soon after, the hygienist showed up. She was very pleasant, efficient, patient, informative and thorough, she asked questions answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I was reluctant to go to a new dentist but I am glad I picked this location. Everyone I saw did a great job.
Very prompt, efficient, and effective service. Can't ask for more.
